The Giga 10 is Jura's Professional dual-grinder machine designed for small offices and high-demand households. Place on a large, stable, water-resistant surface — the Giga 10 has a wider footprint than home-series machines. Plug in and follow on-screen first-use setup.

The Giga 10 has two separate bean hoppers — each 10oz (280g) capacity. Each hopper feeds its own independent grinder, allowing you to load two different coffee varieties simultaneously (e.g., regular in Hopper 1, decaf in Hopper 2). The grinders can blend from both hoppers in user-defined ratios for a custom blend. Both grinders are electronically auto-adjusting for hot and cold specialties.

The triple panoramic touchscreen (three linked panels totaling 6+ inches) provides full control. Connect the milk pipe for one-touch milk drinks.

Install the CLEARYL Smart+ filter in the water tank. The Giga 10 uses automatic pre-heating — it monitors your usage patterns and pre-heats before your typical brewing times for immediate hot coffee on demand.

35 Specialties Including Cold Coffee

The Giga 10 offers 35 specialties including all standard hot espresso and coffee drinks, full milk-based specialties, cold espresso, cold coffee, and cold foam. Cold specialties use the same Cold Extraction Process as the Z10 — the grinders automatically shift for cold recipes.

Dual Hopper Blending

Program custom bean blends using the ratio settings — e.g., 70% Hopper 1 / 30% Hopper 2. The Giga 10 can also prepare beverages using only one hopper. When one hopper runs empty, the machine automatically uses the other. Use two contrasting coffees for unique blended flavors, or load decaf in one hopper for easy decaf access.

Panoramic Touchscreen

The triple touchscreen displays all 35 recipes, machine status, and settings across three panels. Swipe between drink categories, tap to select, and hold to program. The wide display makes navigation intuitive even without a manual.

Automatic Pre-Heating

The Giga 10 learns your brewing schedule and pre-heats the thermoblock before your typical first-use time. The first drink of the day is ready immediately at full brew temperature — no warm-up wait.

Daily

Run the automatic rinse at startup and shutdown. After milk drinks, run the milk system rinse. The Giga 10's professional-grade use means daily cleaning is important — empty the drip tray and grounds container promptly.

Weekly

Run cleaning tablet cycles for both grinders when prompted. Full milk system clean with Jura milk cleaner tablets. Both bean hoppers can be removed and cleaned independently.

Filter and Descaling

Replace CLEARYL Smart+ filter when prompted via RFID tracking. Descale using Jura descaling tablets when prompted. Professional-grade use means more frequent maintenance cycles than home machines.

One Grinder Not Activating

Check that the corresponding bean hopper has beans and the lid is closed. Each hopper and grinder is independent — if one hopper is empty, the machine uses the other automatically for single-hopper recipes.

Blend Ratio Not Working

Verify the blend programming in the settings menu. Both hoppers must have beans for a blend recipe to execute. If one hopper is empty, the machine may fall back to a single-hopper mode.

Touchscreen Not Responding

Wipe the screen with a dry soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. If a screen panel is unresponsive, power cycle the machine.
