Fiorenzato AllGround Espresso and Coffee Grinder

Fiorenzato AllGround Espresso and Coffee Grinder

The Fiorenzato AllGround Espresso and Coffee Grinder is a high end commercially inspired all-purpose coffee grinder perfect for those who want to get the most out of their home setup. Fioranzato specializes in designing and manufacturing excellent espresso grinders for cafes and their first home grinder offering continues that greatness and adds flexibility for the adventurous home brewer. The AllGround is capable of grinding for moka pot and filter brew methods, but it doesn’t quite get coarse enough for French press or cold brew. The adjustable collar with stepped settings and easy to read brew method ranges makes dialing in for your brew method easy. The AllGround’s touch screen interface is responsive and intuitive when programming doses and dispensing grounds. The brew method icon even changes in conjunction with the grind size saving you from brewing for the wrong method and wasting coffee. With 64mm steel burrs, the AllGround is fast and the resulting coffee has good body and flavor quality. An added titanium coating means the burrs will last for many years. The Fioranzato AllGround will look stunning on your home coffee bar while you enjoy making excellent espresso and coffee.
What's In The Box
Fiorenzato AllGround espresso and coffee grinder, Portafilter fork (adjustable, removable), Ground coffee container, Power cord.

Setup & First Use

Before first use, remove all packaging and place on a stable, flat surface. Connect the power cord to a suitable outlet. Season the burrs by running 30–50g of whole beans through at a medium setting and discarding the grounds.

The AllGround features 64mm Dark-T titanium-coated flat burrs (M340 steel base) with stepless micrometric adjustment. The coating produces burrs that last up to 5x longer than standard burrs. The grind range covers espresso, moka pot, and filter brewing — it does not reach a coarse enough setting for French press or cold brew.

The touch screen interface programs timed doses for each brew method. Fill the bean hopper and lock the lid. Use the grind adjustment collar (rotated by turning the ring around the top of the machine) to set your grind size. The touch screen icon changes to indicate your current brew method range: espresso, moka, or filter.

The adjustable portafilter fork holds your portafilter directly under the grind outlet for hands-free dosing. Adjust the fork height to match your portafilter's rim height. The fork can be removed for grinding into the included ground coffee container.

Tutorials & Training

Grind Setting and Brew Method Ranges

Turn the grind adjustment collar to move through the range. The collar has labeled markings for espresso (fine), moka (medium-fine), and filter (medium). The touch screen icon changes in conjunction with the collar position to confirm which range you're in. Dial in within the range — small adjustments matter, especially in the espresso range.

Timed Dosing — Programming

The touch screen allows you to program timed doses: 2 programmable presets plus manual mode for espresso; 3 programmable presets for moka; 3 programmable presets for filter. To program: select the dose slot on the screen, press start and let the grinder run until your desired dose is in the portafilter, then press again to stop and save the time. Run a few test shots to verify the dose and adjust if needed.

Portafilter Fork

Set the fork height so the portafilter basket rim is centered under the grind outlet. Most 58mm commercial-style portafilters fit directly. The fork can be adjusted or removed entirely if you prefer to grind into the included coffee container and transfer manually.

Hopper

The hopper is sized for regular use — top up regularly to maintain consistent feed. An empty or near-empty hopper produces inconsistent doses as bean feed becomes irregular. The hopper lid locks to seal freshness between sessions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

After Each Session

Brush loose grounds from the grind outlet and portafilter fork with a dry brush. Wipe the exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use water on the grinder body or grinding chamber.

Weekly — Hopper and Container

Remove and wash the bean hopper and ground coffee container with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before reinstalling. Do not wash the burrs or grinding chamber with water.

Monthly — Burrs

The AllGround features tool-free upper burr access. Remove the upper burr by lifting and rotating it counterclockwise per the instruction manual. Brush both burr surfaces with a dry brush to remove coffee oil buildup. Reinstall and run a small amount of beans before brewing.

Grinder Tablets

Run grinder cleaning tablets every 1–2 months to dissolve stubborn coffee oil buildup. Follow with fresh beans to purge residue before brewing.

Troubleshooting

Inconsistent Dose

Ensure the hopper is adequately filled — near-empty hoppers cause inconsistent bean feed. Verify the timed dose is programmed correctly and re-test after any grind size adjustment.

Grind Too Fine Even at Coarsest Filter Setting

The AllGround does not reach French press or cold brew coarseness. For those methods, a different grinder is needed. Within the filter range, the coarsest setting is appropriate for most drip and Chemex brewing.

Touchscreen Unresponsive

Clean the touchscreen with a dry cloth — moisture or grease from hands can cause touch failures. If the issue persists, power cycle the grinder.
