How to use the Picobaristo SM3061/HD8927 espresso machine:

First installation:

Follow the quick start guide for first installation and use.

Activate the AquaClean filter during first installation if desired.

Making beverages:

Use the one-touch buttons to quickly brew espresso, espresso lungo, caffè crema, cappuccino or latte macchiato.

Use the MENU/SPECIAL DRINKS button for other drinks like hot water, flat white, ristretto, etc.

Adjusting settings:

You can adjust coffee volume, strength and temperature to your preference.

Adjust the grind settings using the grind setting knob inside the bean hopper.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Brew group: remove and rinse weekly, clean monthly with coffee oil remover tablets

Milk carafe: perform QUICK CLEAN after each use, thoroughly clean and disassemble weekly, clean monthly with milk system cleaner

Descaling: machine will tell you when needed, takes about 30 min

Important:

Only use Saeco descaling solution and AquaClean filters for best performance

Consult warning icons and error codes section if issues occur

Regular cleaning/descaling is essential for long life of machine
